Payment for projects will be paid at 50% in advance and 50% upon successful completion of the project.  A 10% penalty will be added to all unpaid invoices over 30 (thirty) days.

Hourly Rates:

For clients who need a one-time project or short-term support, we offer hourly rates based on project specifications outlined in our initial consultation.  Hourly rates or per-project proposals are provided based on project specifications.  There is a two-hour minimum charge for one-time projects, and are billed in fifteen-minute increments.   These rates will be billed separately from Retainer Packages.

Retainer Packages:Wizard Lightbulb

Apprentice Package:  10 hours/month; 10% discount off normal hourly rate

Wizard Package:  20 hours/month; 15% discount off normal hourly rate

Grand Wizard Package:  40 hours/month; 20% discount off normal hourly rate

If you purchase a Retainer Package, you are guaranteed a specific number of hours per month.  If additional hours are required to meet your needs, we will contact you to discuss further arrangements.

Payment for Retainer Packages are due and payable on the 1st day of each month.  Any unused hours will be carried over to the next month.  No refunds.

Additional Charges:

Additional charges for postage, travel, printing, rush jobs, special software purchases (requested by the client) will be billed to the client.

Referral Program:

If you, as our client, refer our services, and they become a client, you can receive a referral fee in the way of no-charge hours or additional discounts for Retainer Packages.

Payment Terms:

Payment for services can be made via Business check, Money Order, Cashier’s Check, or using PayPal (our preferred secure online vendor), and are due upon receipt of invoice.  (Additional charges will be incurred if NSF situation occurs.)
